A company must have a minimum of one director and shareholder, you can appoint a company secretary to maintain your statutory filing if you wish, however this is not mandatory. National Business Register can act as your company secretary for an annual fee.

Each company officer must give a residential and service address, the service address will appear on the public record. If you do not wish for your home address to appear on the public record, you must use a service address.

You will need to enter the service address you wish to use or TICK to use National Business Register as your service address - £60 per company officer:
